Rosehip & Calendula Grisette Caltha is brewed with spelt, oats, and honey, then fermented with old world saison yeast and conditioned on rosehips and calendula petals. First brewed at North Brewing in Halifax, Nova Scotia as a collaboration, we couldn’t help but feel our friends in Alberta were missing out on this light, floral, and refreshing beer.
