A Northwest IPA made from all organic grain. It is bursting with hops from the big floral aroma to the deep, lingering bitterness. Balancing out the hops is a malt bill with generous amount of crystal, Munich, and wheat malts, plus an alcohol content just over 7%. This is an organic beer with big flavors that combine in a complex, satisfying brew.

maybe a little heavy on the crystal malt, this IPA is pleasant enough but a little on the boring side in the grand scheme of things. Sessionable, otherwise get the Yellow Wolf.

From Central City, in a bomber. Clear and dark orange, with a petite head although it did provide a ring on departure. Aroma was hops and citrus. Flavour was a lot of hop bitterness along iwht a piney resin. Finish has a tartness to it, yet not sour. Very good, smooth mouthfeel. Damned near as good as this brewery's Yellow Wolf DIPA.
