Bottle. Clear, deep golden pour, with an off-white head. Lovey piney and resiny nose, with a good maltyness and citrus too. Malt, beef-stock, resin, citrus and some sweetness, but more on the bitter side than on the sweet side. Full body and a long, resiny finish with some camphor. Really lovely. (070909)

On Tap at the amazing Amundsen Bryggeri, Oslo. Copper/bright/golden beer, off white head, mostly small bubbles. Smells Tropical, but clearly american Pale Ale influeneced with plenty of btter orange and grapefruit. Some slight bitterness but mostly sweet. Lots of fragrance but flavour is a bit weaker.

Drinking this at beer pub in Bergen, too early only guest. Hazy orange with small brownish foam head lacing to glass. Aroma is bitter hops with some fruit tones, similar for taste. (Bergen 201206)

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Bottle conditioned, ABV is 6.5%. Deep golden colour to orange colour, big and lasting off-white head with an orangey hue. Nice aroma of American hops. The flavour has notes of orange marmalade and resin with a substantial hoppy bitterness, but it is not overdone. Medium sweetness. Grapefruity bitter and long aftertaste - and yngwie is right: there is actually a hint of camphor too!
