http://adelbertsbeer.com/black-rhino/ Named in honor of the rare Black Rhino Del would hunt during photo safaris in Kenya. Black Rhino is a dark earthy ale with a hint of Saaz hop spice. A smooth and easy drinking ale that goes well with salty appetizers, musky cheeses, and wild game dishes. Conditioning Each batch is conditioned for a minimum of six weeks; three in the fermentation vessels to allow the yeast to smooth out, and three in the bottles or kegs for natural carbonation and further flavor development.

Aromas of chocolate, booze, and faint fruits. Body is murky black/ brown tinged, the head quickly dissipated into nothing. Flavor is belgian yeasts with slightly toasted malts, with a alcohol finish. Overall its decent enough.

A brown-black colored beer with a three fingered frothy textured light tan head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. A moderate ringlet is left. Dark fruits in the nose. Mix with those fruits a nuttiness and deep caramel. Light bodied but plenty smooth.
