Our first Saison is ready for you to try! Falcon One’s name pays homage to the private sector’s first liquid-fuel launch vehicle to enter the orbit around the earth. The beer also honors century old Wallonian traditions. Brewed with hard water from Prescott, hopped generously with Hallertau Blanc. Then allowed to “free-rise” during an open fermentation to allow our expressive yeast to really shine. Nice and dry, boasting lemongrass, gooseberry, and grapefruit favors, this beer keeps you coming back for another sip.
