Clear orange, big white lasting lacing foam head. Sweet aroma and taste, probably by high alcohol content, still quite nice beer. Light bittersweet aftertaste. (Velp 201508)

Bottled (from beerplanet.eu). Slightly hazy amber colour with particles floating around, quite a big white foamy head as well. Had a bit of preassure, so it tried to avoid getting drunk, but I was faster this time (due to BBE date in 2009...). Aroma is toffee, mild alcohol, caramel malts, some yeast, and spices. Flavour is quite similar. Very nicely balaced. Long toffeeish and quite sweet malty aftertaste as well as some alcohol.

750 ml bottle. Pours a golden orange with lots of suspended floaties. It has a huge spongy white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is sweet fruity and bready malts, with a little grassy bitterness and some funk. Some dark fruit / fruitcake comes out as it warms.
The flavor is some sweet malts with light bitterness and spicy yeast - it's a bit washed out. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with a velvety mouthfeel.
Overall, a decent brew. It reminded me a lot of fruit cake. -

An orange appearance with a carbonated white head. The aroma reminds me of fruit cake with some spices, dark fruit, and orange peel. The flavor contains some peaches, apricot, oranges, and spices. The mouthfeel is a bit sugary and carbonated. Overall I really enjoyed this beer.
