A modern take on a Belgian classic, this beer features European pilsner malt, locally malted wheat, and oats, as well as Czech Saaz and Styrian Golding hops. Especially hazy with a silky medium body, the Blue Barn Saison is summery, fruity, and spicy. Available once a year in July and August on draft and in 4-packs to go.

Surprise and awe when I found this in my local package store, had to try it! Was not disappointed. Unfiltered light golden pour with a thick tight 1 in head that lasts. A slight musty caramel note in the nose. Excellent lacing that follows down the glass. The traditional Saison funk not to heavy, I found it to be a very good drinkable refreshing Saison. Will have to try more, as this style is one of my favorites.
