Stout avec café et houblons Nugget et Mount Hood. Plutôt ronde et riche, bien balancée par l'amertume des malts torréfiés rappelant le café et les biscuits bien grillés. Notes marquées de chocolats et de noisettes avec de légères notes de caramel.

Pours a dark brown colour with some copper highlights, a big bubbly-foamy, mocha-coloured head, decent lasting and some light soapy spots left on the glass. Coffee aromas over the roasted malts base, hints of molasses and nuttiness. Wet mouthfeel, more on the light-bodied side with just enough dryness, tart left on the tongue. Milder flavours of coffee blending with the roasted barley, dark fruit notes and a tad molasses. A refreshing, easy-drinking coffee stout that goes down well for 5.9% ABV.
