Single bottle from Marché Omni. Pours a clean copper colour with a beige soapy head that lasts a long time. Not much lacing, but a thick 1cm coats the brew and does not seem to leave. Becomes hazy at last pour. Rusty hop nose with roasted malts and hints of nuts. Seems like this one is infected, as it has this sourness that does not belong. Bad, as this was bottled February 2013 (2-3 months ago). This takes away from the maple, which is hardly noticeable. I am sure this brew is quite good for a light beer, as it has more punch than some normal 5% beers, but no sight of maple and infection kills it.
