Les wakagourous sont les petits cousins de la fesse gauche des kangourous. Avec leurs longues pattes, leurs ailes, leur bec et leur amour pour les tisanes de houblon, ils sont vraiment hors du commun ! L’équipe d’À La Dérive a rencontré un wakagourou lors de son séjour dans l’hémisphère austral. Nous avons rajouté de l’orge, du blé et de l’avoine du Québec à la recette de tisane et un miracle s’est produit !

Hazy golden colour with amber highlights, a frothy white head that stays a while, leaving some creamy-foamy lacing. Oh yeah, getting some Nelson Sauvin action in the nose, but milder with the lemon zest and orange-tangerine juices. Fairly thin in the mouth with decent building dryness-tart. Tangerine hint lingers, with a touch of grass, nuttiness. A nice DDH IPA that goes down easily, drying with the Nelson Sauvin blending with other hops.
