Brassée avec des fruits et des plantes de notre belle région, la série Dans mon gosier explore l’univers des bières salines. Dans celle-ci, le Sumac, considéré comme notre citron du nord par certains, a été gentiment cueilli par notre équipe de feu ! La chance qu’on a ! On peut presque entendre Jean-Pierre Ferland dans nos oreilles.. Je t’ai.. Tu m’as ! Une chance qu'on s'a !

Very lightly hazed, very light beige-yellow colour with a big fluffy-frothy white cap, long lasting and leaving full wavy, creamy lacing. Getting some pear aromas, which is not what I expected, but I like. Puckering in the mouth with sourness, but does not last too long, and not much tart is really left for the style. Lightly salty with some nice berry notes. Very refreshing, and quite a nice, unique Gose all-around.
