Connaissez-vous les Momos ? Ces petites créatures se trouvant dans le cœur de la goyave sont seulement visibles à l’aide d’un microscope ! Ils sont tout doux, affectueux et adorent par-dessus tout la bière ! Étant donné les temps froids qui se pointent le bout du nez, on a décidé de les garder bien au chaud dans une couverture aussi douce qu’eux ! Cette IPA juteuse à la goyave a été brassée avec amour par notre équipe, mais dépêchez-vous ! Elle est en quantité limitée ! Houblons: El Dorado, Belma et Citra Cryo.

Lightly hazy, golden colour with lots of guava particles fibres floating around, a small white cap, with a ring of bubbles left. Fresh, guava fruity aromas with a herbal touch in the background. The hops show a little more in the taste, creating a cool-minty feel with a good dryness. The fruit comes out in the finish, lingering nicely. Mild tart is left on the tongue. Not the most beautiful brew, but quite interesting to have the fruity guava and IPA refreshment.
