In Collaboration with our friends at our local radio station, 99X, we've brewed a West Coast-Style Pilsner! We brewed this lager like a traditional pilsner on the hot side with Zuuper Saazer hops, dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe, then lagered it for 4 weeks

Pours clear bright solar yellow with a good frothy ivory head. Aroma generates funky and grassy hops, juicy citrus, a little stonefruit. Flavor delivers piney and funky hops, zesty citrus that is mainly tangerine, grassy/herbal notes, some peach and mango. Texture offers decent body and perky fizz. A nice Xperiment.
