Pours a clean, golden colour with minimal carbonation, a big frothy-bubbly white cap, good retention and thick soapy lacing left all-around. Beautiful fruitiness at first (peach, passion fruit) in the aromas, with the hops coming though eventually, blending mild grassiness. A tad yeast shows up way later. The fruits continue in the taste, but this is balance again by the hops that gives a building dryness, with herbal notes. Hints of spiciness to enhance things. Quite a nice American IPA with a nice mix of fruits, grass, dryness and spiced up.
