Amateurs d'IPA old school, on vous présente nouvelle addition à notre famille de West Coast aromatiques et résineuse. Voici Ten Falls, mettant en vedette les houblons Cashmere (50%), Centennial (30%) et Chinook (20%). Notes de la brasserie: Nez d'agrumes, de résine de houblon. Le corps de la bière est initialement plutôt rond. Au goût on retrouve de la lime, du citron, du pamplemousse et de l'orange. La finale est assez mince, assez amère et la résine de houblon persistante assèche agréablement la fin de la gorgée.

Fairly clean, golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white head, good stay and lacing spots. Piney aromas with grassiness, lemon zest notes and a tad pineapple fruitiness. Good bitterness in the taste with a grassy touch, a tad pine and hints of caramel malt in the base. Again, some decent citrus zest lingering on the tongue. A good West Coast IPA with a nice balance of citrus, pines and herbal that is refreshing for the style.
