Voici Sunset Boulevard, une West Coast IPA à 7% houblonnée à 40% au Citra, 40% au Strata et 20% Mosaic. Notes de la brasserie: Au nez on distingue des fruits exotiques et un peu de résine de houblon. Le corps de la bière est initialement assez rond. Au goût, on retrouve une faible touche de malt, puis des notes dominantes de pamplemousse, d'oranges et de mangues. Finalement, une fois la gorgée passée, du litchi et des fraises se dévoilent également. La bière finit plutôt sèche, avec une amertume modérée.

Slightly unfiltered with very tiny particles all-around. A bright golden colour with a frothy, somewhat creamy white cap, good retention and thick soapy lacing left. Deeper, greenish grass aromas over caramel malts, blending with some herbal notes. The grassiness of the West Coast style continues into the flavours with the caramel-cereal malts, some citrusy hops and hints of herbs. Not overly dry, nor bitter. A nice refreshing West Coast IPA that is not overhopped and quite drinkable.
