Philemon, une Brown Ale américaine à 6% avec houblons Amarillo, ainsi que du Cascade et Glacier de la ferme Houblon Grand-Calumet sera disponible demain. Notes du brasseur: Arômes de caramel, de noix, léger chocolat. Les houblons apportent eux des notes d'agrumes. La bière est plutôt ronde en bouche. Le pain grillé et le caramel apporté par le malt de spécialité ressortent initialement, suivis par des arômes de citron et de pamplemousse. L'amertume finale est modérée.

Can that pours a slight hazed amber colour with golden highlights. The head is frothy, fluffy, lightly beige coloured with decent retention and thick foamy lacing left. Malty nose base with caramel, light roasted barley and some grassy hops above it. The taste is quite hoppy for a brown ale, but the base is seen with the nuttiness, mild cereal and caramel maltiness. The finish is very dry, good bitterness lingering.
