NEIPA with Moutere, Simcoe and Mosaic. Notes du brasseur: Au nez on retrouve beaucoup d'agrumes et de fruits exotiques, soutenus par une bonne dose de résine de houblon herbacée. Initialement assez ronde en bouche, puis rapidement coupée par la résine de houblon. Au goût, le pamplemousse et le fruit de la passion dominent la gorgée, suivi par des fruits plus doux comme l'abricot. La gorgée finit sur une note herbacée et une amertume modérée.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a foamy-fluffy off-white cap, good retention and some dirty-soapy lacing. Orange juices in the nose with zest form lemons and oranges. Hints of grassiness, also found in the flavours. Again, mostly citrus taste with a nice juicy, refreshing mouthfeel, some decent bitterness, and then, dryness in the end. Hazier, and loads of big particles at last pour. Quite a nice, juicy NEIPA with 3 good hops.
