Mildly hazy, bright golden-yellow colour with an orange hue. The frothy white head is also pretty bubbly with decent stay and some small spots of foam lacing. Citrus aromas with a touch of pineapples, hints of lime zest. The taste has something special. It has some hops that give the brew a sharp edge, grassy, kind of floral with citrus zestiness. A refreshing NEIPA with a bite of dryness, light bitterness over the regular juiciness. Not as much berry notes from the HBC 630 hops, to give it the candy cane name. Still, interesting.
