Voici JOMO (court pour Joy of Missing Out), une NEIPA à 7% aux houblons Motueka (50%), Mosaic (35%) et Sabro (15%). Notes du brasseur: Les arômes sont très doux. Ils sont ici composés de fruits à noyaux, d'ananas, le tout enrobé d'une belle rondeur de lait de coco. Texture très crémeuse. En bouche, les agrumes se font plus présents : le citron et la lime apportés par le Motueka se démarquent initialement, puis se dissipent pour laisser place à de l'abricot et au lait de coco. L'amertume finale est très faible.

Hazy golden with a bubbly, off-white cap, average retention and very mild lacing traces. Lemon zest aromas with some light sweet-fruitiness like pineapples and peaches. The taste shows a touch of coconut over the citrusy base. Milder in the mouth with a building soft dryness. A nice, easy-drinking, milder NEIPA with some interesting notes.
