Lightly hazed, light-yellow colour with a big frothy white cap, good stay and some foamy lacing patches left. Lemon aromas with the zest and sourness. Some hints of apples do come out with time. The taste shows some lemony action again, with the pulp and decent sour notes. A nice mouthfeel that is dryish, tarty, sour and juicy overall. It almost makes me feel like a real Radler, like freshly squeezed lemons added to a nice beer.
