Décibels, une double NEIPA à 8% aux houblons expérimentaux HBC 586, HBC 431 et Sultana. Notes du brasseur: Au nez, beaucoup de fruits tropicaux et de résine de houblon. En bouche on retrouve une panoplie de fruits exotiques : ananas, goyave, lychee. La gorgée finit sur des notes plus florales, de baies et de résine de houblon. La texture de la bière est riche, toujours très crémeuse. L'amertume finale réside longtemps en bouche, masquant facilement le sucre résiduel et le niveau d’alcool.

Hazy, a little unfiltered with particles, golden-orange colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, decent stay and some soapy lacing spots. Sweet-fruity aromas with pineapples, lychee, wild farm scents and oranges. Less sweet in the taste, with some orange juices and quite dry for an Impy IPA. Not heavy in mouthfeel, and goes down quite nicely. Well-brewed.
