Butcher Shop Hops, une double NEIPA à 8 % aux houblons Galaxy, Cashmere et Mosaic brassée en collaboration avec Les Bucherons de Mont-Laurier 🐷 Notes du brasseur: L'arôme de cette double NEIPA est puissant sur les fruits exotique, avec une touche de melon et de noix de coco. En bouche la texture est onctueuse, l'ananas et le fruit de la passion dominent, laissant ensuite place à de la pêche et au melon. La fin de la gorgée est plutôt sèche et révèle des zestes de citrons avec un amertume assez présente.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a big, frothy-bubbly-creamy head, good retention and thick, dirty, foamy-creamy lacing. Some particles arrive at a latter pour. Grapefruit zest aromas with orange juice, lemon hints and a touch of tropical fruits blending well with the oats and straw malts. The mouthfeel is juicy with a slow building dryness that lingers. Citrus flavours with a bit of coconut sweetness. Decent bitterness, so a nice juicy Double NEIPA with a hoppier end.
