Had this one at Dirty Dog bar in Austin, TX. Poured a hazy golden-amber colour with a white cap and dirty lacing. Grassy hop aromas with some orange notes and caramel cereal malts base. Flavours are fairly bitter with the hops over light fruity malts. The mouthfeel is on the dry side. An average IPA that is not juicy, like most nowadays, not a hopbomb, but rich and grassy.

Clear dark copper, off-white lacing in drink rings. Hoppy aroma, bitter in taste, long lasting aftertaste. Some vanilla notes, real nice beer again. (Galveston 201605)

Found on tap at the Ginger Man. Another decent beer from these Texas folks. The color is darker than expected, but the pineyness was definitely present alnog with some malt. Far from outstanding, but quite quaffable as the bartender said.

Recently had on tap while in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. A golden brown pour with a generous creamy off-white head that stuck around and made itself welsome. Very piney and citrusy aroma with a decent grainy malt backbone. The flavour wasn't as hoppy as the aroma, but the citrusy hops shone through the malt. Very good beer.

had at lovejoys before jetting .. . pours a dark golden color ...very nice bracing hop kick on the first few sips...uh, nice review beegee?.... sweetness is spot on, and this beer coats the mouth wonderfully ... very tasty stuff, from honey to pine to even pineapple .. . full and refreshing at the same time while still pretty big and complex.. .

Sampled at Opal Devines on tap 4-5-09. This was a decent IPA, a pleasant surprise. It had a dark hued body, a thin cap that left spotty lace. Aroma was fresh and floral, some fruit mixed in there, with a little malt for good measure. Inital flavor of the floral hops, then a mild maltiness showed up, a decent lingering bitterness wasnt overpowering but o.k.. Overall it was a decent enough IPA, i prefer them to be a little more bold, but this wasnt too shabby.
