We use all German malts, German hops and German lager yeast. This beer takes almost three months to make. It is smooth. It is medium bodied with a nice malt character and has a slight toasted caramel note.

Pours clear coppery brown with a fairly thick buff head. Toasty, malty aroma has notes of cloves and caramel and a hint of woody hops. Flavor is mainly toasty malt, plus caramel, cloves, and a bit of hops. Firm body and bountiful fizz round out a superior maibock. It’s electric!
