A traditional German lager. We used all German mslts, hops and yeast. The beer was lagered for three months to achieve its smooth crisp taste. The sweet malty character should come through in the aroma and flavor. A lightly toasted and/orb ready malt character is often evident.

Pours a clear golden amber with a thick buff head. Malty aroma has toasty and subtle hoppy notes as backup singers. Flavor has form notes of toasted bread.malt and hops, plus a snip of apple. Texture is firm and smooth, while fizz is lively. Good brew to take the edge off a sweltering "Hotlanta" day. Prost!
