Since 5 Seasons has long since gone out of business, I feel fortunate to enjoy this. Pours opaque chocolate with minimal head. Aroma has apple, spices and toasted malt. Flavor presents apple, toasty malt, sweet cinnamon, bourbon and woody hints. Texture yields good full body and lively fizz. Farewell to a great brewery. :(
