Saisons are Belgian farmhouse beers. The unique yeast adds flavors of tropical fruit, pears, peaches, berries, apples, earth, and an array of spices. Our brewmeister was at the MOMA in NYC and noticed a similarity between saisons and Impressionist painting, where the incredible amount of small individual brush strokes combine to create a beautiful, united whole. This beer was inspired by the pointillism of George Seurat. It is frowned upon to lick the canvases of the masters, but now you can know exactly how this painting tastes.

Pours clear amber with a thin eggshell head. Aroma is fruity, mainly pear, mango and cherry. Fruity flavor has pear, peach, mango, berry and cherry notes, as well as malty and yeasty hints. Texture is fairly firm, if not too fizzy. Enjoy a Sunday in the park.
