PMS Smoked Molasses Porter (Peated, Smoked, Molasses). A dark, but smooth and drinkable beer. We took a bit of malt and smoked it over a peat fire. We also added a good bit of molasses to the kettle. Very complex. We then aged it on oak and a Single malt Islay Scotch to really impart that peaty character.
