Named after Dortmund, Germany. We used all-German Pilsner malt, German hops and German lager yeast to brew this traditional Dortmunder Export Lager. Straw to deep golden, lagered for two months, resulting in I a smooth, malty character.

Pours clear golden with a fine-bubbled buff head that leaves good lacing. Crisp aroma presents malty and apple tones. Flavor is crisp, malty, fruity and a little hoppy, rather enjoyable. Finish presents a grassy hint. Mouthfeel features decent body and good fizz. Get your German on!
