As the cool breezes bring the winter weather closer, it’s pleasant to have a bold, round, strong lager to warm your soul. With a healthy amount of wheat, Daddy’s Weiss Bock will stick to your ribs, but be careful, it’s stronger than it seems. Daddy’s is dark, reddish-coppery with a solid yellow head perched on top. It has aromas of sweet caramel, light yeast, banana and clove with some dry cocoa and some very smooth plum-like characteristics.
