Dark brown color with a small tan head that leaves a ring on top of the beer. Aromas of roasted malt, chocolate syrup and caramel. Chocolate dominates the flavors with the roasted malt providing a firm backbone to the beer. Notes of caramel and vanilla are also present. Mouthfeel is slightly creamy and full. Sort of like an adult chocolate milk. The beer is well balanced considering its name, which might seem like this is a gimmick beer. It is not cloying sweet or overbearing. Another tasty sessionable milk stout to add to my list. Well done. A pleasant surprise.
