AON is the first beer I made at the brewery. It is a hop sandwich brewed with Simoce & Columbus Hops, which are the greatest things in the world besides a good smack in the face.

Large off white head, lasting and lacing nicely. Lightly hazed copper hued brew. Nicely nosed with grapefruit and light pine, hint rubbery, burnt. Body is fuller mediumlied, soft carbo, touch oily, light resin and juice. Dry malts, touch caramel, pineapples and grapefruit, hint of crackers and melons. Dry finisher, fruity, nice bite. An old school AIPA done well. Solid brew. 16oz containers from statelineliquors enjoyed in my humble little earthen settlement.

Pours somewhat hazy dark amber with a thick and fairly persistent ivory head. Aroma offers woody hops, zesty citrus, tropical and malty undertones. Flavor features tangy citrus, sharp piney and only slightly bitter hops, zesty tropical and raw malt notes. Texture gives good body and peppy fizz. Go ahead, be neurotic - we all are.
