Pours clear topaz with a thick, though not long-lasting, ivory head. Aroma provides red wine, cherry, fresh malt and pomme tones. Flavor yields cherry, wine, cranberry, malt and pomme tones - not getting any peach, though, or hops. Texture offers jazzy fizz and smooth, fairly firm body. Let it sparkle down your throat.
