We make this rich, silky stout with actual oyster shells in the boil to add a sweet, slightly salty tang. Big, roasty and delicious.

The name alone had me wanting to try this beer out
Aroma: No oysters in the aroma, that's a good thing. It's a stout, and had the aroma of a stout with roasted malts, coffee, and molasses
Appearance: The beer is a very dark brown, with a small tan head that rings around the glass on the way down
Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel is thick, creamy, and sweet.
Flavour: No oysters in the flavour.......and that too is a good thing. The flavours that are present are a little malt, a little smoke, and a little coffee
    Overall: It was alright...at best

I just drank this at their brewpub after seeing the name alone, since I've been living at Oyster Point for the past 4 months. Had a thin tan head over a nearly black beer. Light-medium body with a nice roasted chocolate flavor. Well balanced.
