7 different malts including various Munich & debittered black malts lay the base while a heavy addition of flflaked barley provides a full body & cereal like quality to this dark & decadent delight. After a 2 hour boil, we added som e homemade marshmallow flfluff. Once fermentation was complete, it was conditioned on 2 lbs per barrel of French Broad Chocolate Cocoa Nibs, Whole Cinnamon Stick, & Whole Tahitian Vanilla Bean. This combination presents a liquid s’more in your glass... all the flflavor without the mess!
