This lazy IPA is something to get excited about. Crafted in Hanover, Ontario, this beer has lovely aromas and flavours of lemon, grapefruit, hops, herbs and malt. Medium-bodied, with a cleansing palate and a lengthy finish. Serve this with Thai cuisine or a ham and cheddar grilled cheese sandwich.

The beer pours a very hazy orange-gold with a huge white bubbly head which doesn’t last very long. The aroma is stale grains, tropical citrus, and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is fruity of front with hints of papaya and passion fruit, and the finish is more grapefruit. Not a bad beer but not something I would try again.

Pours a hazy golden-beige colour with a bubbly white cap and some foamy streaks. Citrus juice nose with oranges, some peels and mild grapefruit notes. The taste is juicy with the citrus again, decent bitterness and mild dryness in the finish. With the lower alcohol content, easy to drink, still has bite, but not too overpowering. Well done !
