Australis is the southern expression of the polar lights. We packed this beer with nelson sauvin hops from New Zealand and galaxy hops from Australia to achieve a beer that is bright and bold. With notes of mango and apricot followed by a noticeable, pine flavour and a juicy finish. The southern lights in your glass!

500ml brown bottle that pours a hazy light-golden colour with a slight off-white head, good stay and thick foamy lacing. Fruity aromas of pineapples, peaches and some citrus. The taste shows the hops with their citrus and mild grassy notes. A little juicy, so goes down well. Refreshing, slightly dry... and pretty good.
