pours a pale apple juice color with small quickly fading white head. the aroma is apples (duh). The taste is off the charts, this beer has great balance and doesn't go over the edge to a hard cider. My have to up grade to 16 oz size glass on this one. The mouthfeel is light, refreshing with nice carbonation.
