A grisette-style farmhouse ale brewed with 15% malted wheat, well-hopped with Citra, Saaz & Hersbrucker. Fermented with a blend of ale yeasts, then matured for 4 weeks in tank. Brewed in collaboration with Yuan DE Baets of Brasserie De La Senne.

Pours clear amber with a nice beige head. Aroma delivers sweet and tart pomme and subtle tropical tones. Flavor yields fruity, sweet, tart, subtle malty notes. Texture presents fair body and peppy fizz. Here's an interesting shade of gray.
