Thanks to PaleAleRider for this one from the brewery. Can that pours a slight unfiltered golden colour with an off-white frothy cap, good retention and some thick foamy lacing. Big grapefruit nose from the hops. It does become hazy at the second pour. Hints of pineapple do come out as well in the aromas. This also comes through a little in the taste as pretty fruity. Not sweet though, but just a tad blended with the nice softer hoppiness. You can almost taste the caramel base. It is a nice change from crazy hoppy-bitter IPAs. Closer to a juicier North-East style. Quite drinkable.
