Pours clear caramel with a thick buff head. Aroma offers fruity, raw malt and subtle hop resin - not an aroma one usually associates with an IPA. Let's wait a moment here. Flavor brings out the hops with a vengeance, resiny and a little woody, barely bitter, supported by citrus, raw malt and slight tropical notes. Texture provides fair body and peppy fizz. Forget Corona, Dos Equis, etc. - now here's a Mexican beer!
