We love our classic German Style Pilsener in the spring. It’s bright and hoppy with a very clean finish and low bitterness, so we thought how about a bigger version of it. The Imperial Pilsener is our pilsener cranked up to 8% with more grain and more hops to balance the bigger profile. Its just as clean on the finish but with more body, a higher abv, and more of the lovely halltertauer milttefru taste.

Pours clear golden with a good eggshell head. Aroma delivers pear and fresh malt notes. Mouthfeel features strong, almost bourbonish apple and zesty malt for a serious pils. Mouthfeel offers good body and fair fizz. Put yer blue pants on and try this.
