Pours hazy amber with a nice eggshell head. Malty aroma has a firm ginger note and a subtle raspberry one. Raspberry comes out more in the flavor, and is the dominant tone, somewhat tart but not like a sour ale. Finish is fruity and pleasingly tart. Texture has good firmness and fizz. Put on this beret.
