No messing around here. This is a traditional saison using only the finest fresh American ingredients. We take our time making this limited release beer and let the beer speak for itself. It is everything you want is a saison: DELICATE, CITRUS, DRY, ZESTY, and FRESH. Just like a proper saison, it is good for any occasion, and will pair with the widest variety of foods. Some pairing include: roasted turkey, fish, steak au poivre, fresh goat cheese and rustic provincial cuisine.

Comes out of tap clear golden yellow with a nice white head that leaves generous lacing. Strong aroma is quite fruity, pear and banana plus a snip of apple and a bit of crisp malt. Crisp, refreshing flavor has more malt, as well as a little hop bitterness. Texture is thin but has plenty of good fizz.
