Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8 Another outstanding trappist ale. Colour - medium red brown, clear edges, medium sized tab cap. Aroma - dark malt, sugar, bread, plums. Mouthfeel - Medium bodied. Flavour - sweet dark fruit, yeast, sugar, malt. Not as complex as the 10, but the same flavours. Overall - Excellent! |

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 An almost outstanding trappist ale. Colour - medium red brown, murky body, clear edges, huge foamy tan cap. Aroma - dark malt, sugar, yeast, plums. Mouthfeel - Full bodied. Flavour - sweet dark fruit, yeast, sugar, malt but with a bittering dry finish. Overall - almost outstanding - would be better if the finish wasn't so dry and bitter! |

Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 10 A beautiful beer, near perfection. Colour - dark red brown, murky, red edges, generous foamy brown cap. Aroma - dark malt, candy sugar, yeast, plums, and raisins. Mouthfeel - Full bodied. Flavour - A sweet elixer of yeast, spices, fruit, and malt. Overall - outstanding! If it wasn't $10-$12/bottle - this would be my new favourite! |

Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, good carbonation. Flavour - Well balanced between the grains and the hops with lots of fig and cherry notes. yeast is present in the flavour but subdued. |

Aroma - Belgian yeast, chocolate, roasted malt, dark fruits, candy sugar, and caramel. A lot going on. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, good carbonation. Flavour - bitter chocolate, dark fruit, a little spice. alcohol well hidden. |

Flavour - yeast, spices, citrus, grains, some saison sense going on. Overall - As stated in my lupulus review, Charlevoix makes some amazing beers and this is no exception. i wouldn't be surprised if I found out that Lupulus is excessively hopped triple |

Mouthfeel – medium bodied, highly carbonated, almost champagne-like. Flavour – grains, citrus, yeast, not as good as the other Chimays I’ve tried. |

Mouthfeel – Medium to Full Bodied, well carbonated. Flavour – citrus fruit, spices, yeast, and alcohol. The alcohol is not well hidden in this beer and that makes the score suffer. |

Aroma – citrus fruit, light peach notes, spices, yeast, grains. Quite fruity for a BSA. Mouthfeel – Medium bodied, good carbonation. Flavour – sweet fruit notes up front, followed by yeast and a bitter spice finish. Tasted better than it sounds. |

Aroma - cereal grains, caramel, earthy hops, light citrus. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - sweet caramel malt and biscuits up front, and a nice spicy hop finish in the end. Not a lot of bitterness as is how it should be with an altbier. |

Mouthfeel - well carbonated and medium bodied. Flavour - sweet notes of caramel and biscuity malt and a mild bitter hop finish. I liked it. |

Aroma - nutty malt, toasted caramel, herbal hop notes. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - very well balanced with the sweet caramel up front goving way to the roasted and nutty malt tones before finishing with a spicy and earthy hop finish. Quite good. |

Mouthfeel - Average. Flavour – Nicely balanced between the sweetness of the maple and caramel and the bitterness of the hops. Only available in big bottles and is very rich. |

Aroma – cereal grains, light caramel, yeast, and musty hops. Mouthfeel – medium bodied, medium carbnonation. Flavour – a nice balance between some slight citrusy notes and the caramel. Finish isn’t all that bitter. Not a beer I liked very much. |

Aroma - cereal grains, herbal hops, weak caramel notes and weak spices. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - Light cereal and caramel notes finishing with a bitter herbal hop note. Good for what it was at the time. |

Flavour - not well balanced as the malty caramel sweetness dominates any hop presence that might be there. |

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 4 | Overall: 4 Another Amsterdam draught, about as bad as the Dutch Amber Lager. In fact, if I didn't know any better (and honestly I don't) I would say it's the same beer different label. Colour - clear rusty red colour, thin tan cap. Aroma - metallic grains, some weak hops. Mouthfeel - medium. Flavour - very acidic and metallic in nature, almost gross. Overall - below average. |

Colour - clear golden-copper, tan head. Aroma - metallic and acidic grans and a hint of caramel. Mouthfeel - thin to medium. Flavour - acidic grains with a bitter finish. Overall - decent. |

Colour - Pale gold, bubbly white cap, excess effervescence. Aroma - weak malt, weak hops, skunk. Mouthfeel - medium bodied (although the bottle says 'full'. Flavour - metallic grains. Overall - Not worth the effort to track down |
