    Draft. Colour – clear, mahogany, generous foamy head. Aroma – caramel, yeast, Christmas spices. Mouthfeel – Average. Flavour – sweet and malty, caramel and molasses can be found, finish is bitter. Quite enjoyable for a Christmas beer.

    Draft. Colour – clear, amber, off-white head. Aroma – light caramel, bread, yeast, light citrus. Mouthfeel – thin, well carbonated. Flavour – light caramel, bread, and bitter hops, maybe even somewhat of a burnt taste. Nothing I would reach for again.

    Draft. Colour - cloudy, gold, frothy white head. Aroma – grass, ginger, perfume. Mouthfeel - thin. Flavour – this is a ginger bomb, one can almost feel powdered ginger spice on the tongue. All other flavours are completely hidden

    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

    Bottle. Colour – clear, golden-amber, head is white and fluffy. Aroma – biscuit malt, molasses, maple, earthy hops. Mouthfeel - Average. Flavour – Nicely balanced between the sweetness of the maple and caramel and the bitterness of the hops. Only available in big bottles and is very rich.

    Bottle. Colour - clear amber, white head, no lacing. Aroma - cereal malt, caramel, yeast. Mouthfeel - thin, good carbonation. Flavour - grains, light caramel, bitter finish. A beer from when Great Lakes was a lesser idealized brewery than now.

    Can. Colour – pale straw, clear, thin white bubbly head, decent lacing. Aroma – sweet corn, cream, yeast. Mouthfeel – thin bodied, watery. Flavour – metallic tinged corn, weak bitter finish. One to avoid permanently.

    Bottle. Colour – clear gold, darker than Labatt Blue, topped by a frothy white cap. Aroma – biscuit malts, yeast, weak noble hops. Mouthfeel – medium bodied, medium carbonation. Flavour -corny malt notes, yeast, burnt bitter finish.

    Bottle. Colour – the beer pours a clear amber colour with a thin creamy white head that lingers. Aroma – cereal malt, acidic notes, light caramel, yeast. Mouthfeel – watery with medium carbonation. Flavour – sweet and metallic with little to no hop taste. Very malty.

    Can. Colour – dark golden orange, hazy, frothy off-white head which lasts. Aroma – wheat, earthy hops, some weak citrus, yeast. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, medium carbonation. Flavour – sweet wehat malt, weak grapefruit notes, and lots of hops in the finish. Quite delicious

    Can. Colour – clear gold with amber highlights, nice bubbly head. Aroma – sweet grains, honey, and light fruits. Mouthfeel – thin bodied, but not watery. High carbonation. Flavour – a nice balance between sweet and bitter.
