Bottle. The world’s beer, or so ‘they’ say. Colour – straw gold, clear, foamy white cap, decent lacing. Aroma – grains, herbal hops, metallic notes. Mouthfeel – weak bodied, good carbonation. Flavour – nicely balanced between the grains and the hops, but nothing over powering or memorable.

Bottle. Colour – pale yellow, very cloudy, snow white cap, decent lacing. Aroma – grass, wheat, spices, yeast, citrus. Mouthfeel – light bodied, high carbonation. Flavour – yeast, citrus, wheat. Nothing like a German Hefeweizen, but better than the average American style wheat.

Bottle. Colour – slightly hazed golden orange, small off-white head, good lacing. Aroma – citrus fruit, light peach notes, spices, yeast, grains. Quite fruity for a BSA. Mouthfeel – Medium bodied, good carbonation. Flavour – sweet fruit notes up front, followed by yeast and a bitter spice finish. Tasted better than it sounds.

Bottle. Colour - Dark brown, no head, no effervescence, no lacing. Aroma - rye bread, yeast, caramel. Palate - average bodied. Flavour - brown bread, yeast, possibly molasses. A well kept secret in North Toronto that should have been kept secret.

Draught. The flagship beer I believe. Colour - straw gold, weak white head, decent lacing. Aroma - light grains, some citrus, some earthiness, light yeast. Palate - light bodied. Flavour - grainy malts giving way to some weak citrus notes with a slight bitter kick in the end.
