The 3B Dorchester is an easy to drink golden ginger beer. This old style brew presents a generous amount of ginger blended with subtle notes of caramel. Refreshing and never too bitter, the Dorchester ale is a unique experience available only at Les 3 Brasseurs St-Denis ! Cheers !! The spicy quality of the Dorchester pairs excellently sweeter foods such as our mouth-watering Honey BBQ wings to start and the delicious pulled pork sandwich as a main. Enjoy !

Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 4 | Overall: 4

Draft. Colour - cloudy, gold, frothy white head. Aroma – grass, ginger, perfume. Mouthfeel - thin. Flavour – this is a ginger bomb, one can almost feel powdered ginger spice on the tongue. All other flavours are completely hidden
