I shared a bottle of this with fellow BeerPal Sassy. The beer poured a coca-cola brown colour with a thin tan creamy head into the Unibroue tulip. The aroma was dark fruit, molasses, roasted malt, and sugar. The mouthfeel was full bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was blackberries, molasses, some applish and anise notes. Alcohol was completely hidden. A great beer.

The beer poured a hazy golden colour, with ample effervescence, and a white head. The aroma was wheat malt, with citrusy tones. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, and mildy carbonated. The flavour was wheat, sweet fruit tones such as pear, and a little bit of the famed Unibroue yeast flavour.

The beer poured a hazed light golden brown with a creamy white head which lasted several minutes. The aroma was the unmistakeable Unibroue yeast, light grass, some mild spiciness, and tropical fruit. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was dominated by the yeast and tropical fruit. There were also some definite honey notes.

The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is smoked wood, plums, yeast, and caramel. Alcohol was not noticeable in taste.

The mouthfeel was medium bodied, and highly carbonated. The flavour is a nice balance between the hops and the malt, not as grainy as other European pilseners!
